The time of day you consume the Wellness Boost Blends isn't important if you have only one serving a day, but try to be consistent, so there's 24 hours in between each dose. If you use two packs a day of the same blend, then one in the morning and one at night is recommended. If you are looking to mix the blends together, please include a proportionate amount of water (12-16 oz). It's best to take the boosts with a meal, or at least a smoothie.
