If using juice or a smoothie, make sure the taste is complementary to that of the powder (they all have fruit-forward flavors, so mixing them into a peanut butter smoothie likely won’t taste great). Herbal powders can be a bit denser, so when pouring the powder into a liquid, make sure to stir or shake immediately so the powder doesn’t form lumps. Keep mixing until the powder is evenly distributed in the liquid. While you can use the powders in hot drinks, they’re best enjoyed cold.

Take one (1) to two (2) packs a day or follow the recommendation of a healthcare practitioner. The time of day you consume the Wellness Boost Blends isn't important if you have only one serving a day, but try to be consistent, so there's 24 hours in between each dose. If you use two packs a day of the same blend, then one in the morning and one at night is recommended. If you are looking to mix the blends together, please include a proportionate amount of water (12-16 oz). It's best to take the boosts with a meal, or at least a smoothie.
