      Just started using these drink powders - I've been needing to hydrate more throughout the day and adding these powders to my routine has been the extra health boost I've been looking for. Taking 1-2 of these a day has not only made drinking water more fun and rewarding (the flavors are nice and fruit forward) but also I've noticed feeling more energetic and focused from the red and yellow powders! They were easy to bring along on my recent trip to NYC and helped me power through my jam packed schedule~

      Biohacking and becoming a better version of yourself

      In today's day and age, it's difficult to get all the necessary vitamins and minerals. If you consume too much of one, you're missing something else. I've searched high and low, far and near, and I happened to stumble upon this product. I love the flavors and combinations of herbs which have helped me to perform better in my work, workouts, and in life in general. Initially I wanted to only buy the bundle pack so I could see which combination of flavor and to see what effect it had on me. However, after trying them all I'm afraid I will be using all five in my daily life. I will definitely buy this bundle again to help improve my life and output. Thanks to the creators and people behind the scenes!

    How do I use Kimia Wellness Boost Blends (the powders)?
    Kimia Wellness Boost Blends come in powder form, so you need to mix them. For the best taste experience, mix them into a glass (6-8 oz) of water, juice, or even a smoothie. If using juice or a smoothie, make sure the taste is complementary to that of the powder (they all have fruit-forward flavors, so mixing them into a peanut butter smoothie likely won’t taste great). Herbal powders can be a bit denser, so when pouring the powder into a liquid, make sure to stir or shake immediately so the powder doesn’t form lumps. Keep mixing until the powder is evenly distributed in the liquid. While you can use the powders in hot drinks, they’re best enjoyed cold.
    What's the recommended serving size/dose?
    Take one (1) to two (2) packs a day or follow the recommendation of a healthcare practitioner. You can experiment with our mix-and-match method, trying out two different colors on the same day to potentially address multiple health concerns. However, we recommend consuming only one pack at a time. Flavor is a subjective sense, so you can adjust the amount of water or preferred mixer to your own liking to ensure the best experience . It's recommended to take the boosts with a meal or at least a smoothie for optimal absorption. Consistent daily intake of the boosts yields the best results.     At what time of day should I use Kimia Wellness Boost Blends?
    The time of day you consume the Wellness Boost Blends isn't important if you have only one serving a day, but try to be consistent, so there's 24 hours in between each dose. If you use two packs a day of the same blend, then one in the morning and one at night is recommended. If you are looking to mix the blends together, please include a proportionate amount of water (12-16 oz). It's best to take the boosts with a meal, or at least a smoothie. At least one boost stick should be taken daily for the best effect.
    Do I need to take Kimia Wellness Boost Blends daily?
    We recommend one to two sticks per day for maximum benefit (or consult your physician for personalized guidance) as you need to build your body up. If you only take them sporadically, it won’t have the same effect. Noticeable changes often take 30-60 days to occur. In short, the Wellness Boost Blends are no overnight cure, but in the long run, they do a lot to support your overall health and well-being. This will vary by product, as they offer different benefits. If you are already in great health and are looking to take the Wellness Boosts as a preventive measure, you might not see any noticeable changes in the short term from the Renewal Boost. However, you might experience increased alertness or focus from the Cognitive Boost, or have better endurance while training with Energy & NOx Boost. With consistency, users will notice that their bodies function more optimally in the long term.
    What if I don't feel a difference?
    Kimia Wellness Boost Blends are not meant as immediate cures but are there to preventatively support your health over time. This varies by the benefit - Energy & NOx Boost and Cognitive Boost are designed to provide quicker support. Overall, by building up a strong foundation for your body, you will feel the results over time and your future self will benefit from your actions today.

    Yes to all the above. All the ingredients used are listed on each item we sell. We aim to use only the best ingredients and seek to be absolutely transparent about the ingredients we use.

    We want to support you on your wellness journey and therefore offer returns within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with the product.     Yes. All our supplements contain effective herbs, and certain herbs can interact with various medications. You can do your own preliminary research on Drugs.com to find out which herbs interact with which medications, but you still need to consult a physician before using Kimia products if you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Also, be sure to read the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
    How does the subscription plan work?
    Kimia offers subscription options for all products currently available. To subscribe, just click the subscription button on the product page. Once subscribed, sit back and relax as your product(s) arrive as scheduled.
