We want to support you on your wellness journey and therefore offer returns within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with the product. Please email customerservice@kimia-wellness.com to initiate a return. We refund the full price of the product, minus shipping. If the item is unopened and unused and you've simply changed your mind, we refund the full amount and shipping costs already paid (i.e. the cost of shipping it to you), but you are responsible for covering return shipping, sending the item to us in its original condition prior to the full refund. In the unlikely event that your order gets damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at customerservice@kimia-wellness.com as soon as possible. In the email, provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, so that we can replace it. We need your email within 30 days of the date of delivery to be able to replace the item, so please don't delay! After 30 days we do not offer refunds of any kind.
