We want to support you on your wellness journey and therefore offer returns within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with the product. Please email customerservice@kimia-wellness.com to initiate a return. We refund the full price of the product, minus shipping. If the item is unopened and unused and you've simply changed your mind, we refund the full amount and shipping costs already paid (i.e. the cost of shipping it to you), but you are responsible for covering return shipping, sending the item to us in its original condition prior to the full refund. In the unlikely event that your order gets damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at customerservice@kimia-wellness.com as soon as possible. In the email, provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, so that we can replace it. We need your email within 30 days of the date of delivery to be able to replace the item, so please don't delay! After 30 days we do not offer refunds of any kind.

Yes. All our supplements contain effective herbs, and certain herbs can interact with various medications. You can do your own preliminary research on Drugs.com to find out which herbs interact with which medications, but you still need to consult a physician before using Kimia products if you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Also, be sure to read the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Kimia Wellness Boost Blends come in powder form, so you need to mix them. For the best taste experience, mix them into a glass (6-8 oz) of water, juice, or even a smoothie. If using juice or a smoothie, make sure the taste is complementary to that of the powder (they all have fruit-forward flavors, so mixing them into a peanut butter smoothie likely won’t taste great). Herbal powders can be a bit denser, so when pouring the powder into a liquid, make sure to stir or shake immediately so the powder doesn’t form lumps. Keep mixing until the powder is evenly distributed in the liquid. While you can use the powders in hot drinks, they’re best enjoyed cold.

Take one (1) to two (2) packs a day or follow the recommendation of a healthcare practitioner. The time of day you consume the Wellness Boost Blends isn't important if you have only one serving a day, but try to be consistent, so there's 24 hours in between each dose. If you use two packs a day of the same blend, then one in the morning and one at night is recommended. If you are looking to mix the blends together, please include a proportionate amount of water (12-16 oz). It's best to take the boosts with a meal, or at least a smoothie. At least one boost stick should be taken daily for the best effect.

Kimia offers subscription options for all products currently available. To subscribe, just click the subscription button on the product page. Once subscribed, sit back and relax as your product(s) arrive as scheduled. The credit or debit card linked to your account will be automatically billed for each shipment until you cancel the subscription. This must be done at least two days prior to your next shipment for it to take effect before that shipment.
